摘　　要：通过对咸阳市中小学校长培训工作实践的分析总结,提出了中小学校长培训要注意解决好:建立新的培训理念、明确培训思想、灵活培训形式、丰富教学内容、创新教学方式方法等五方面的工作。Through an analysis and summarization of theory and practice in the training of primary and middle school headmasters in Xianyang City,it is put forward that the following five issues are to be deal with well： the establishment of new training notion;the clarification of training thought;the flexible training form;the enrichment of teaching content as well as the creation of teaching methodology.
