摘　　要：CDIO是"做中学"和"基于项目的教育和学习"的集中概括和抽象表达,它的核心在于根据工程链相关环节的工程、岗位、职业、行业对学生知识、能力和素质的要求,以工程设计为导向,以项目训练为载体,来重新设置课程和教学模式。我校是辽宁省最早开设社会工作专业的高校,企业社会工作是重要的培养方向,现已经开设了一些课程,但是课程之间缺乏联系、缺乏先进教育理念的指导。因此,笔者尝试着用CDIO的理念设计了企业社会工作专业的新课程体系,以求更好的实现企业社会工作专业的教学要求和培养目标。CDIO is the summarization and abstract expressionof ＂ learning by doing＂ and ＂ project-based education and study＂. Its core is a new technique of curriculum design and mode of teaching according to the requirement of engineering, position, profession and industry about students＂ knowledge, ability and quality. It is engineering design--oriented and project--training is the carrier. Our institute had the major of social work earliest in Liaoning province. Industrial social work is an important specialty. Although some curricula have been offered, they are lack of in- terrelation and the guidance of advanced education idea. In order to meet the teaching requirement and cultivation goal of industrial social work, the article designs new curriculum system of industrial social work based on CDIO idea.
