摘  要:以某厂的盘体铸件为研究对象,利用仿真软件ProCAST对其充型过程和凝固过程进行数值模拟,并预测缩孔和缩松的存在情况。根据数值模拟的结果对盘体铸件工艺方案进行相应的改进,显著降低了缩孔和缩松缺陷,并提高了产品质量。The disk body casting produced by a certain factory has been investigated as an object of study. Pro- CAST was introduced to simulate the f'dling and solidification process of the disk body casting, and then the shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity defects were forecasted. On the basis of the simulation, the casting technology was improved. The defects such as shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity in the casting were reduced obviously and the quality of the product was improved.
