摘　　要：目的:对鹿角托盘中的水溶性蛋白进行提取分离和鉴定。方法:采用中性缓冲液浸提和中空纤维膜过滤技术提取鹿角托盘水溶性总蛋白,经采用SDS-PAGE电泳、BCA蛋白浓度测定法,基质辅助激光解析/电离飞行时间质谱技术及数据库(NCBI)检索进行蛋白分析鉴定。结果:鹿角托盘水溶性总蛋白的收率为8%,蛋白纯度为86%。在水溶性总蛋白中鉴定出5种蛋白,分别为:β-3亚型血红蛋白、抗菌肽1、肽聚糖识别蛋白、β-c亚型血红蛋白、Pre-pro血清白蛋白。结论:鹿角托盘中的水溶性蛋白与药材临床疗效密切相关。Objective：To extract,isolate and identify soluble proteins of Sika antlerbase.Methods：Using Neutral buffer extraction and hollow fiber membrane filtration technology to extract soluble total proteins of Sika antlerbase. To analyze and identify the proteins by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis,BCA assay concentration, matrix-assisted laser desorption / ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry and database （NCBI） searches .Results：The yield is 8% for soluble total protein of Sika antlerbase, the purification is 86%. We has identified five proteins, respectively： Hemoglobin subunitβ-3; Cathelicidin 1; Peptidoglycan recognition protein; Hemoglobin subunitβ-c ; Pre-pro serum albumin.Conclusion：soluble Proteins of Sika antlerbase is closely linked with its clinical efficacy.
