摘　　要：天然有机硒主要以硒蛋白、硒多糖、硒核酸及硒酶等生物大分子形式存在,它们大多是低毒的生物活性物质。从天然有机硒的分布规律、提取方法等基础性研究出发,重点介绍天然有机硒的最新分离提取技术,此举对于进一步开发利用天然有机硒具有重要意义。Natural organic selenium in the form of selenium protein, selenium polysaccharide, selenium nucleic acid and selenium enzymes exist in biological macromolecules, which are biologically active substances of low toxicity. Understanding the basic research about the distribution and extraction methods of natural organic selenium is important to the further development and utilization of natural organic selenium. This paper describes the latest natural organic selenium separation and extraction technology.
