多元化教育提高成人教育护理专科学生科研能力

摘　　要：目的了解应用多元化教育提高成人教育护理专科学生科研能力的效果。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查表对60名成人教育护理专科学生进行调查。结果100%的成人教育护理专科学生认为多元化教育能培养提高护理科研的意识和能力;60名学生在读4年中在统计源期刊上共发表论文27篇。结论多元化教育能有效地提升成人教育护理专科学生科研能力。Objective To evaluate the effects of diversified education on the improvement of the scientific research ability of nursing college students. Methods A self-designed questionnaire investigation was conducted among 60 nursing college students. Results All the nursing college students hold that diversified education contributed to better the scientific conciousness of nursing research and practical ability. The 60 nursing college students published 27 scientific research papers in the core journals during their four-year studies. Conclusion Diversified education can effectively raise the scientific research ability of nursing college students.
