摘 要:领导力是一个边界模糊、定义宽泛的术语,其核心是影响力和获得追随者。本文从领导力缔造的目的人手,研究如何通过领导力的培育实现和谐。本文将社会关系分成三个层面:自己与自己、自己与他人、个人与组织。将领导力分成三个层次:个人领导力、团队领导力、组织领导力,通过三层次领导力的培育实现和谐。用阳光心态实现自我和谐,用情商与影响力实现人际和谐,用以价值观为本实现个人与组织和谐。这三个层次是构成社会关系的基本单元。基本单元和谐则有助于和谐社会的实现。Leadership is a term without clear boundary, and its core lies in influence and followers. This paper is focused on the realization of harmonious society through leadership building. It divides social relationship into three layers: self to self, self to others and person to organization. Leadership is divided into three layers: self leadership, team leadership and organization leadership. The harmony is realized through three-layered leadership building. The self harmony is realized through sunny mood. The person to person harmony is realized through EQ and influence. The person to organization harmony is realized through value-based leadership. The three layers are the basic cells of social relationship and their harmony can help build up the social harmony.
