摘　　要：文章结合江南大学建设具有发酵产品绿色制造特色的生物工程专业人才培养模式的实践,从教学模式、校内实践教学平台、校外实践基地和实践教学教师队伍建设四个方面构建了生物工程专业实践教学课程体系与平台。通过课程实验、科研训练、跨课程综合实验、工业过程实践和本科创新计划等五个实践教学环节和内容的训练,造就基础知识厚、专业技能强、创新能力优、综合素质佳的具有生物工程专业创业创新人才。The paper constructed a practical teaching platform from four aspects： teaching mode. intramural practical teaching platform, extramural practice base and leaching team, connected with the practice of a talent cultivation mode in biotechnology engineering of Jiangnan University. Five teaching steps, course experiment, scientific research training, interdisciplinary curriculum experiment, industrial practice and undergraduate innovation plan. could cultivate the talents with good knowledge, professional skill, innovation capability and comprehensive quality.
