摘 要:结合永磁直线同步电动机的特点,介绍了在超大功率场合的动磁式永磁直线同步电动机的应用结构形式。利用有限元分析方法分析了电动机相关结构参数对电动机推力和齿槽力的影响,得到了齿槽力波动周期的计算方法,以及相关结构参数对电动机推力、推力波动的影响曲线和不同结构参数时的齿槽力波形,实验论证了分析结果的正确性。Combined with the characteristics of permanent magnet linear synchronous motors, a structure of magnetmoving PMLSM suitable for the ultra-power occasions was proposed. The impact of motor thrust and cogging force imposed by the related structural parameters was studied by using FEA method,obtaining the method to calculate the fluctuation cycle of cogging force, the affecting curves of the thrust and thrust fluctuation between the relevant structural parameters. The cogging force wave curves under different structural parameters were also gained. The thrust force of PMLSM was tested and the experimental results were in good agreement with FEA results,thus prnving the correctness of the analysis results.
