摘　　要：为了完成对车载式热解炉工作过程的自动化控制,从车载式热解炉工艺出发,应用PLC控制器和触摸屏技术开发并设计了一套电气控制系统。该系统采用触摸屏作为人机界面,具有手动、自动两种运行模式,可实现炉况实时监测、参数设定和修改等功能,并能方便、直观地对热解炉工作过程进行监控。该系统稳定性好、可靠性高、易于维护,提高了热解炉工作效率和自动化水平。In order to complete automatic control for operating process of vehicular pyrolytic furnace, based on technological process of the furnace, by adopting PLC and touch screen technologies, an electric control system has been designed and developed. The system equipped with touch screen as the human machine interface is offering both manual and automatic operation modes ; the functions of real-time monitoring, parameter setting and modifying are implemented. Thus the operating process of the furnace can be easily and directly perceived and controlled. The system features good stability and reliability, and is easy to maintenance for enhancing operation efficiency and automation level.
