胎儿脐血管穿刺产前诊断100例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析脐血管穿刺的安全性及脐血管穿刺产前诊断的临床意义。方法对开展的100例脐血管穿刺产前诊断进行回顾性研究。结果脐血管穿刺孕周21～36周，孕妇年龄21～39岁，穿刺成功率100％，诊断异常13例，符合率100％，胎盘穿刺点出血49例，脐带穿刺点出血15侧，胎心过缓6例，胎儿宫内死亡1例。结论B超引导下脐血管穿刺是产前诊断的重要内容，合理选择适应证，规范操作，可降低母儿并发症发生率，具有重要的产前诊断意义。Objective To assess the safety and the risk of puncturing the umbilical cord under the guidance of ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis. Methods Umbilical cords were punctured under ultrasound in 100 pregnant women for prenatal diagnosis. Results Gestational age was ranged 21--36 weeks. The age of the pregnency women were ranged 21--39 years. In all of the puctures pure fetal blood was obtained. Among them, 13 were diangnosed as abnormal,with the coincidence rate of 100%. Bleeding from placentas and umbilical cords were in 49 cases and 15 cases respectively and fetal bradycardia was in 6 cases. One fetal died 24h after umbilical cord pucture. Premature labor and intrauterine infection did not occur during or after this procedure, no cases of injury to the placen- ta or umbilical cord were observed. Conclusion Puncturing umbilical cord under ultrasonography is a safe and reliable method to apply in prenatal diagnosis.
