摘  要:[目的]研究辅酶Q10对小鼠运动性疲劳的缓解作用。[方法]将小鼠随机分为1个对照组和3个剂量组,分别以辅酶Q10含量为0.084,0.167,0.250g/kg.d的剂量连续灌胃30d,测定负重游泳时间、血乳酸含量、血清尿素氮含量以及肝糖原含量。[结果]高剂量组小鼠的游泳时间长于对照组(P﹤0.05);游泳后20min高剂量组小鼠的血乳酸值与对照组相比明显降低(P﹤0.05);低剂量组小鼠肝糖原含量明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]辅酶Q10具有缓解运动性疲劳的作用。[Objective] To investigate the alleviative effect of coenzyme Q10 on exercise-induced fatigue in mice.[Meth-ods] The mice were randomized into four groups,one control group and three dose groups.And mice in three dose group recruited to continuous lavage at the dosage of 0.084,0.167,0.250g /kg.d for 30 days,then determined the weight-loaded swim-ming time,blood lactic acid,serum urea nitrogen and hepatic glycogen.[Results] Swimming time of high dose group was longer than the control group(P﹤0.05).And the content of blood lactic acid in high dose group at the time of 20 mins after swimming was significantly lower than that in control group(P﹤0.05).The content of hepatic glycogen in low dose group was higher than that of control group(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion] Coenzyme Q10 can alleviate the exercise-induced fatigue.
