摘 要:采用铁氰化钾法、Folin—Phenol法、酒石酸亚铁法测定油菜蜂花粉中酚类化合物的含量。结果表明:铁氰化钾法和Folin—phenol法测定酚类化合物含量时,酚类浓度分别在0.6~1.7μg/mL,2.2—6.5I.zg/mL范围内与吸光度有良好的线性关系,且精密高,重复性良好。Folin—phenol法样品平均回收率是109.178%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.058%。铁氰化钾法样品平均回收率是96.516%,RSD为2.877%。Folin—phenol法稳定性、精密度、重复性均优于铁氰化钾法,更适合蜂花粉中酚类化合物的含量测定。该方法为蜂花粉中酚类化合物的测定、开发利用和质量评估提供参考。The phenolic compounds contents in rape bee pollen were detected by iron potassium cyanide method, folin-phenol method and ferrous tartarte method. The results showed that the linear range of calibration curve of folin-phenol and iron potassium cyanide method were 0. 6 - 1.7 μg/mL and 2.2 -6. 5 μg/mL respectively. The precision and repetition were excellent, the average recoveries were 109. 178% [ relative standard deviation (RSD) = 2. 058% ] and 96. 516% ( RSD = 2. 877% ), respectively. The folin-phenol method was superior to ferrous tartarte method in precision, repetition and stability. The folin-phenol method was more suitable for assaying the phenolic compounds in rape bee pollen. An optimum detecting method for phenolic compounds contents in rape bee pollen was developed in this study. This study provided the reference of the detection, development and utilization, quality evaluation of phenol compounds in bee pollen.
