地方院校开放办学的现状及对策探析——以嘉兴学院为例

摘　　要：开放办学是高校特别是地方院校积极履行服务社会使命,实现快速发展的必然选择。嘉兴学院作为一所比较典型的新建地方院校,拥有较好的开放办学的外部条件和内部基础,近年来在立足地方、开放办学中实现了较快发展,但仍面临多种因素的制约。地方院校要进一步推进开放办学,则必须把开放办学融入教育教学全过程,融入师资队伍建设,融入学科建设与科研工作,融入社会服务。For colleges and universities, especially those local ones, the open model of running a school is an inevitable choice to actively carry out the mission to serve the community and achieve rapid development. Jiaxing University, as a typical new local institution, has good external conditions and internal basis for running school openly. Based on the local and taking the open model of running school, it has realized comparatively rapid development in recent years, but it still faces a variety of constraints. If local colleges and universities intend to further promote running school openly, they must integrate running school openly into the entire process of education and teaching, into the construction of teaching ranks, into the academic and scientific research work and into social services.
