社会主义市场经济诚信缺失的原因及对策研究

摘　　要：随着我国社会主义市场经济的建立和发展,社会上出现了严重的诚信缺失现象。究其原因,主要是体制转轨造成市场机制不完善;信息不对称情况严重;人们的价值观、义利观存在不同程度的扭曲和失衡等。因此,要通过优化伸张诚信的社会法制环境;建立规范有效的社会信用体系;加强对企业诚信的监督和管理;加强社会成员诚信的道德教育等措施来重建诚信。With the foundation and development of market economy in China, the issue of the lack of honesty and credit has increasingly become the concern of the whole society. The causes are as follows： imperfect market system in the transformation of economy system; serious asymmetric information; the twisted value and thought of justice and benefit. To solve this problem this paper puts forward some strategies such as to establish a complete legal system, to construct a social value system based on credit; In addition, enterprises should be supervised in terms of honesty and credit; Citizens need to internalize the value of honesty and credit.
