摘　　要：本文以装备制造企业为实证研究对象,探讨了供应商参与新产品开发对企业自主创新能力的影响关系。同时,构建了包括供应商参与新产品开发、关系互动、知识创造、企业自主创新能力四个变量的概念模型,并提出相应的理论假设。通过结构方程模型的检验,表明供应商参与新产品开发对关系互动和知识创造均有显著的正向影响,进而通过两者对企业自主创新能力有显著正向影响。These days supplier management is getting more and more important for large manufacturers in such technology-intensive industries as automobile, electronics, telecommunication, aerospace and computer as their product life cycles get much shortened. One big trend of supplier management for manufacturers in these industries is to involve their suppliers in their secretive new product development processes. With the advance of economic globalization, China is gradually becoming the world＇s largest ＂factory＂, how to improve the manufacturing self-determined innovation capability becomes the top priority of China＇s equipment manufacturers development. Therefore, according to China＇s manufacturing enterprises, the study of the relations between supplier involvement in new product development （SINPD） and the equipment manufacturers＇ self-determined innovation capability has an important theoretical value. Taking equipment manufacturing enterprises for example, the relationship between SINPD and the equipment manufacturers＇ self-determined innovation capability is explored in this article. The conceptual model including SINPD, relationship interactions, knowledge creation, self-determined innovation capability is constructed, and the theoretical hypothesis are given. Through questionnaire survey, data processing, model checking, and ulti- mately arrived at the conclusion of the study. Through SEM test, it indicates that SINPD has significant positive effects on both relationship interaction and knowledge creation, and then through them has significant positive effects on the enterprises＇ self-determined innovation capability. Therefore, the equipment manufacturers should actively put in practice SINPD, strengthen the management of suppliers＇ evaluation and selection, and focus on the interaction with suppliers and knowledge creation.
