摘　　要：实施科教兴国战略,建设创新型国家,关键在于人才,尤其是科技创新型人才。文章以科技创新型人才的素质特征为基本视角,分析了目前我国高校在科技创新型人才培养过程中存在的一些与其不相适应的问题,并据此提出了初步的改进建议。Talents, especially the innovational science and technology talents is a key factor in the course of implementing the strategy of rejuvenating China through science and technology, as well as constructing an innovative country. This article, from a perspective based on competency, analyzed the main problems in the process of cultivating innovational science and technology talents in universities, and then presented some preliminary countermeasures according to these problems.
