摘　　要：随着我国"建立社会主义法制国家"及"法治政府"进程的加快,传统的法学人才培养模式受到了前所未有的挑战。以新余高专法律专业为基点,从课程设置的角度,提出应用型法学人才合作培养方式,以更好地满足我国法制建设的需要。With the quickening of the process of establishing the socialist legal system and law - based government, the traditional fostering pattern of law talents faces the unprecedented challenge. Taking the law specialty of Xinyu College for example, this paper, from the perspective of the curriculum setup, puts forward cooperative fostering of application - oriented law talents to meet the needs for the legal building of our country.
