摘　　要：用多元统计方法处理学生干部现状的抽样调查问题，将学生干部的综合素质分为政治表现、品德、自我意识、工作、学习、生活六个子类，（１）分析了各类之间的影响及类内各题得分之间的影响，（２）分析了各类及综合素质的现状。This paper makes use of the multivariate statistic approach to solve the problems of sampling survey of the student cadre for the investigation of their current situation.The synthetical quality of a cadre is divided into six aspects:political quality,virtue,self-consciousness,work,study and life.The relationships between the scores of the aspects and of the questions in each aspect as well as the current situations of the aspects and of synthetical quality,are discussed.
