摘　　要：龙狮选项课具有充实学校体育教育体系、弘扬民族传统文化、丰富校园文化和促进龙狮运动发展的现实意义.从国家政策、龙狮运动良好的社会和高校氛围等方面,分析在地方院校中开设龙狮选项课的可行性。The realistic significance of Dragon and Lion Dance course：enriching the curriculum system of physical education,carrying forward the Chinese traditional ethnic culture,enlivening the campus culture,developing the Dragon and Lion Dance.This paper analyses the feasibility of opening Dragon and Lion Dance elective course in Shaoguan University from two aspects：the national policy, a healthy social and collegiate environment of Dagon and Lion Dance.
