摘　　要：准确定位高职院创新创业教育的人才培养目标,构建有效的创新人才培养机制,为高职院创新创业教育的人才探索适宜的发展模式,可以提供有利于学生实现灵活就业和自主创业的专业结构发展的土壤。创新创业人才培养模式突出学生知识、能力、素质结构的优化组合,加强学生自主学习、科学精神与实践能力的培养,为学生研究性学习和创新创业能力的提高提供了较大发展空间。It explores suitable developing mode for talents of innovatively starting enterprises education in higher vocational colleges by correctly orientating its talents＇ training goal and constructing effective innovative talents＇ training mechanism,which can provide professional structure developing room for students＇ flexible employment and independently starting enterprises.Talents＇ training mode of innovatively starting enterprises stands out students＇ optimized combination in knowledge,ability and quality structure,strengthens students＇ independent study,emphasizes the cultivation of scientific spirit and practical ability,and provides large room for students＇ improvement of research study and innovatively starting enterprises competence.
