摘　　要：文章从三个方面分析和论述了一名合格的辅导员,要用心理健康知识"充电",了解当前大学生普遍存在的心理问题,承担起心理健康教育的重任,以科学而有效的方法把握学生的心理,因势利导地促进各种类型学生的健康成长。The article analyzes and discusses from three aspects that a qualified instructor should learn to use mental health knowledge,learn about the current psychological problems among university students,assume the important task of mental health education and understand the mentality of students in science and effective way in order to make the best use to promote the healthy growth of all types of students.
