摘  要:在室温20℃,相对湿度48%的环境中,比较4种生物型保鲜剂对双孢蘑菇的保鲜效果。试验结果表明,0.2%白亚麻籽胶胶体溶液中加入果蔬提取营养液(质量分数0.2%的白亚麻籽胶胶体溶液与果蔬提取营养液的体积比为3:1)制成的生物型保鲜剂,能减少双孢蘑菇水分蒸发,具有降低失质量率的作用。用这种保鲜剂涂被的双孢菇,子实体的外观表征明显好于对照。In an environment with room temperature of 20 ℃ and comparative humidity of 48%, compare the results of four types of blo-freshkeeper to the double-spore mushroom. Tests showing: bio-freshkeeper which is made of 0.2% white flaxseed colloid with fruits and vegetables nutritious extraction (0.2% white flaxseed colloid solution: fruits and vegetables nutritious extraction=3 : 1), could reduce the evaporation of the double-spore mushroom and decrease the percent of the lost of gravity ; the appearance characteristic of the mushroom by coating with this bio-freshkeeper liquid is obviously better than the contrast.
