摘　　要：职业教育的有效行动学习是指通过与职业实践相符合的有效行动来促进学习,提高学习效率、增强学习效果的学习,其本质是在行动中学会学习、在行动中学会行动及以学生为中心。行动的有效性和学习的有效性是有效行动学习的方法特征,前者包括有效行动目标、有效行动驱动、有效行动任务、有效行动空间、有效行动过程、有效行动合作、有效行动媒介等方面,后者包括有效学习机会、有效学习情境、有效知识建构和有效学习评价。The effective action oriented-learning indicate the learning that aims to enhance learning efficiency and effectiveness through effective action suitable for professional practice, its essence is that learn to study in action, learn to do in action and student-centered. The effectiveness of action and effectiveness of learning are method characteristics of effective action-oriented learning, the former include effective action objective, effective action driving, effective action task, effective action space, effective action process, effective action cooperation and effective action media, and the latter include effective action opportunity, effective action situation, effective action knowledge construction and effective action evaluation.
