摘 要:研究了电阻浆料低频噪声的种类、产生机制及其与可靠性之间关系。在详细分析电阻浆料低频噪声表征参量的基础上,提出了基于噪声功率谱密度的电阻浆料电流噪声指数测试方法,构建了用于准确表征电阻浆料可靠性性的新噪声参量及其测试分析方法。对现行方法进行了多种电阻浆料制作的样品测试结果表明,本文提出的测试方法较以往的测试方法更加准确、方便,也可用于电阻浆料噪声筛选。Low - frequency noise types, mechanism and relationship between reliability of the resistance paste are studied. Based on the analysis of low - frequency noise parameters, a testing method of current noise figure in esistance paste is proposed, which is obtained from power spectral density. A new noise paramareter and its measurement technology are also gived. Results of many thick film resistors produced from various resistance pastes show that the testing method proposed in this paper is more accurate and convenient than old methods. , which can also be used to noise screening of resistance paste.
