基于职业关键能力培养的教学改革探索

摘　　要：概述了职业中的"关键能力"的相关理论,尤其是根据我国目前职业教育现状定义了"关键能力"的主要内容,探索性地提出了教学改革措施,并以热能动力工程专业为例,在各个教学阶段进行了全面地解析。Essential ability was introduced briefly, the main contents of Essential ability was defined according to the currently occupational education status, some exploratory teaching reformations were come up with, thermal dynamic speciality was taken as example, which were analyzed in details on each teaching phase.
