表皮生长因子受体在颊粘膜鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床病理学意义

摘　　要：表皮生长因于受体（EGFR）是一单跨膜糖蛋白，与细胞的增殖、转化有关。本文采用免疫组化ABC法检测8例正常颊粘膜上皮及40例颊粘膜鳞癌中EGFR的表达状况，结果显示：EGFR在颊癌组织中呈异质性表达，其阳性率明显高于正常颊粘膜组织（P＜0．05）；EGFR表达状况与颈淋巴结转移及预后间存在相关关系（P＜0．05）。EGFR（＋）表达者多数伴有颈淋巴结转移，预后差。以上结果说明，EGFR在颊癌组织中的表达水平，可作为评估颊癌细胞增殖状态，颈淋巴结转移情况及患者预后的一项参考指标。Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is a transmembrane glucoprotein associated with cell proliferationand transformation. EGFR has been found expressed in some kinds of human cancers and related to the prognosisof the patients with tumors. In this study, EGFR expression was examined in 8 specimens of human normal buccalmucosa and 40 specimens of human squamous cell carcinomas of buccal mucosa. The results showed1. EGFR expression in buccal mucosa carcinoma was heterogeneous. The EGFR positive ration (55%) washigher than that of normal buccal mucosa (0%). (P＞0. 05).2. Statistically significant correlation was observed between EGFR and positive expression and the presenceof regional lymph node metastasis and the patients had poor outcome (P＞0. 05).The EGFR expression in buccal carcinoma was a significant predicting factor for proliferative status of the carcinomal cell, presence or not presence of regional lymph node metastasis and prognosis of the patients.
