摘  要:教育要以人为本,特别是对处于职业生涯发展关键期的大学生们,教育要透彻地了解他们的所思与所需,在满足他们心理幸福体验的基础上,助推他们的发展与进步。因此,以怎样的方式在职业生涯教育中体现人文关怀,融入心理疏导,帮助个体在职业生涯的发展中体验幸福,激发潜能,让促进个体职业生涯发展的各种举措尽可能地贴近他们的心底,成为幸福教育面临的崭新课题。Education must be people-oriented, especially for the college students in the critical period of career development. Education must find a thorough understanding of their thoughts and needs. On the basis of meeting their experience on psychological well-being, education should boost their development and progress. Therefore, it an is an important problem that how to assist individuals to experience happiness and excite potential in individuals' career development by reflecting humanistic care in and integrating psychological assistance into education of career development, makins the career development-promoting measures as much as close possible to the students' needs.
