摘 要:为满足宝钢中直径高频焊管(HFW)焊接中内毛刺去除的需要,设计了一种新型结构的内毛刺刀杆,并对其进行了有限元仿真、试制和试验研究。采用新的乳化液和液压油管路方案,降低了加工难度,确保了现场使用的可靠性。利用ANSYS软件分别建立了原进口刀杆与新设计刀杆有限元模型,并进行了机械强度对比分析。试制了一套内毛刺刀杆,并完成了静压试验和在线测试。新刀杆的成功研制为焊管线的正常运行提供了可靠保障。In order to satisfy the requirement of inside burr elimination for medium diameter high frequency welded(HFW) pipe production line of Baosteel,a new-style scraper bar was designed,and its finite element simulation,trial production and test research were carried out.A new emulsion and hydraulic oil pipeline approach was adopted,which reduced machining difficulty and ensured dependability on site.The finite element model of the original imported scraper bar and the redesigned scraper bar were separately set up by using ANSYS software,and the comparative analysis on mechanical strength was performed.A set of scraper bar for inside burr elimination was trial-manufactured, and the hydrostatic test and on-line test were completed.The successful development of the new-style scraper bar provides dependable guarantee for the normal operation of the welded pipe production line.
