摘　　要：现行的导游资格考试制度,在很大程度上使旅游职业教育培养高素质技能型人才的功能被边缘化,成为应试教育的方向标。不断规范和完善旅游职业资格管理制度,实现旅游职业教育与导游资格考试制度的合理衔接和良性互动,是培养高素质技能型导游人才的必然选择。The present test system for tour guide＇s certificate, a mark of exam- oriented education, has misled the tourism vocational education greatly in cultivating high - quality skilled talents. Hence, it is necessary to perfect the management system of professional qualification in tourism and establish a reasonable link as well as an interactive relationship between tour guide test and tourism education, only in this way can high- quality tour guides be fostered.
