摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟在精神科低年资护士应急能力培训中的应用效果。方法成立急救能力培训小组,对低年资护士进行集中理论授课、急救技能示教;结合临床制定常规护理急救流程和精神科常见意外及突发事件应急流程,采用情景模拟进行操作培训,并反复强化练习;培训小组每季度逐个进行考核,实行个体评价。结果通过培训,精神科低年资护士的急救知识、急救技能操作、临床应急能力和医生的配合满意度明显提高。结论情景模拟法可以强化精神科低年资护士急救意识,拓展急救知识,增强临床应急能力,培养评判性思维能力、交流沟通能力和团队协作精神,适合精神科的工作特点。Objective To explore the effects of scene simulation on emergency rescue capability training for inferior psychiatric nurses. Methods A training group was set up for inferior nurses to offer theories and skills on emergency rescue. Combined with the clinical practice, routine first aid and coping methods for common psychiatric accidents and emergency, the manipulation training was performed through situational simulation and repeated intensely. Each training group was supposed to undergo quarterly appraisal over individuals. Results Inferior nursing nurses' first aid knowledge and skills, emergency response and doctor's satisfaction improved significantly through training. Conclusion Situational simulation is able to enhance inferior psychiatric nurses' awareness of emergency and teamwork spirits and capabilities of emergency response, clinical thinking, and communication.
