摘　　要：分析杭州市农机化发展的现状和面临的形势和农机化发展的主要制约因素,从创新土地使用制度、增强农机科技创新能力、建立长期稳定的投入机制、建立农机化专业人才队伍、建立健全新型农机服务体系和加强农机法制化建设等方面提出加快杭州市农业机械化发展的建议。Analysis of the status, situation and the main constraints of Agricultural mechanization development in Hangzhou, then suggestions been proposed to speed up the development of agricultural mechanization in Hangzhou, such as innovation of land use system, enhance the ca- pacity of agricultural scientific and technological innovation, establish the long - term and stable investment mechanism, construction of the Team of Specialized Personnel, constructing and perfecting the new type agricultural mechanization service system and strengthening legalization construction of agricultural mechanization.
