摘　　要：每个企业都有自己的质量文化,但"自然"形成的质量文化存在诸多缺陷。企业应当自觉进行质量文化建设,从战略角度来规划质量文化建设,通过开展质量文化建设的"战役"和日常性的质量管理和质量活动来改进和提升企业质量文化。The quality of each enterprise has its own culture, hut ＂natural＂ form, there are many defects in quality culture. Enterprise should conscientiously carry out the construction of quality cultural, from a strategic point of view to plan the building of quality culture, quality culture through the construction of ＂the battle＂ and the routine quality control and quality activities to improve and enhance the quality culture.
