摘  要:阐述了我国餐厨垃圾的特点,讨论了餐厨垃圾的填埋、堆肥、饲料化、粉碎排污等处理方式,结合我国国情,提出了餐厨垃圾就地脱水的处理工艺,并介绍了所开发的干燥脱水机结构、原理及特点。The characteristics of food residue in China were elaborated. Treatment technology of food residue, such as landfill, composting, producing feed, crushing as well as discharging directly were discussed. The technology of dewatering on the spot adding post-processing was suggested combining with the situation of a country, at the same time the structure, principle and characteristic of drying machine designed were introduced.
