摘　　要：人的教育是以人的潜能为发展基础,通过人性发展,实现人与自然、社会的和谐统一的社会实践活动。非人教育是以社会需要为出发点,通过"价值限定",实现人的"工具化"的过程。决定"人"的教育或非人教育主要体现在六大教育关系的处理上:一、潜能与发展关系;二、自我与需要关系;三、个性与共性关系;四、人与才关系;五、情与理关系;六、自律与他律关系。Human education is a social activity based on human potentiality, which can achieve the harmony of human, nature, society through the development of human nature. Non-human education starts with social demands to accomplish the course of human instrumentalization through value restriction. Six crucial relationships are the determining factors： potential and development, self and need, personality and commonality, human and talent, sensibility and sense, autonomy and heteronomy.
