摘  要:采用CTAB法提取浙江沿海海葵目4种海葵的基因组,PCR获取4种海葵的线粒体cytb基因的部分序列(1Kb左右),经序列比对,并利用邻接法(NJ)和最大简约法(MP)进行了系统发育关系的分析.结果发现,红海葵(Actinia equine)、黄侧花海葵(Anthopleu raxanthogrammica)及绿疣海葵(Anthopleura midori)3种海葵与已知的海葵科物种老年细指海葵(Metridiumsenile)的Cytb基因序列相似性分别均为88%、87.6%和86.9%.NJ法和MP法建立的分子系统树显示,3种海葵与海葵科物种首先聚支,属于同一分类单元.星虫状海葵(Edwardsia sipunculoides)现有分类地位属于爱氏海葵科,但在上述两种分子聚类分析中,均较海葵科物种老年细指海葵更先归入海葵科聚支,其置信度在NJ和MP中分别高达到100%、99%的自引导值.因此,星虫状海葵所在的艾氏属(Edwardsia),归入海葵科较为合理.Genomic DNA of four Actiniaria species in Cnidaria was extracted by CTAB method, and the eyt b gene sequences were got by PCR. As a result of sequence analyses, the Cyt b gene sequence of Actinia equine, An- thopleura xanthograrnrnica and Anthopleura midori are similar to Meridian senile ( AFO00023 ) of Actiniidae and similarity percent are 88%, 87.6% and 86.9%, respectively and all of them are in the same clade on phylogenetic trees(NJ and MP). It is just as the result of morphological taxonomy, that all of them are species of Actiniidae. Edwardsia sipunculoides is belong to the order Edwardsidae in being, however, it first assemble with species of Actiniidae in the same clade on the phy[ogenetic trees(NJ and MP) with 100% degree of confidence of branch, and not with the species of Edwardsidae. As a result, it is reasonable, that Edwardsia sipunculoides from Genus Ed- wardsia is classified into the Family Actiniidae.
