关于高校后勤服务外包的构建

摘　　要：高校后勤服务实行外包是高校后勤社会化改革的创新发展。后勤服务外包不仅有利于转变经济增长方式、引入竞争机制和优化组织结构,而且有利于促进后勤服务创新机制、保持优势、提升内涵、增强竞争力。高校对服务外包企业要强调优质服务,加强监管、科学引导、适当扶持,有利于高等教育事业的发展。Logistics outsourcing in colleges and universities is a college-oriented reform of logistics innovation and development of society. Logistics outsourcing is not only conducive to the transformation of economic growth mode, to competition mechanism and optimization of organizational structure, but also is beneficial to the promotion of innovative mechanisms for logistics services, maintain our competitive edge, enhance connotation competitiveness. College should ask outsourced enterprises to emphasize quality service, strengthen supervision, scientific guidance and support. This is conducive to the development of higher education.
