试论《大学体育》国家精品课程建设的可持续发展——制约国家精品体育课程建设的瓶颈及可持续发展策略探讨

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法、特尔菲专家咨询法等,对制约国家精品体育课程建设的瓶颈及可持续发展策略进行了系统的探讨。结果显示,目前制约现行《大学体育》国家精品课程建设的瓶颈在于以下四方面:1)投入不足、重视不够,存在"重申报、轻建设"的现象;2)建设内容低水平重复、交互功能得不到真正的实现;3)网络更新不到位,承诺的规划建设无法体现;4)精品课程资源宣传力度不够,造成网络资源的浪费。经三轮特尔菲法专家咨询,获得专家关于保证国家精品体育课程建设可持续发展五项具体策略:1)理顺精品课程建设的思路,满足不同层次的需求;2)加大宣传力度,确保投入保障;3)加强后期管理与监控,确保精品课程资源的可持续发展;4)整合课程资源,搭建精品课程公共资源平台;5)精心设计网络课程,突出《大学体育》活动性课程的特点。In view of the reality that the Ministry of Education has imposed restrictions on the application for National Excellent Curriculum of the same kind for those which already have over 4 courses （ including 4 }, based on the research and analysis on the status quo of National Excellent Curriculum construction of the 6 existing College P. E. coarses, this thesis reveals such problems in current National Excellent Curriculum construction as overstress on application, neglect of construction, low level repetition on construction content, failure in courses interaction and so on. This thesis proposes to straighten out the train of thought of National Excellent Curriculum construction, integrate curriculum resources, strengthen final -period management and monitoring and ensure investment supply so as to give full play to the leading and exemplary role of College P.E. National Excellent Curriculum in college P.E. construction.
