高职院校心理健康教育的多元工作模式

摘　　要：高职学生心理压力主要来源于社会偏见、学习压力、人际关系问题、情感与性的问题、经济压力、就业压力等;高职院校不能完全照搬本科院校心理健康教育的模式,而是要结合本地区、本学校的特点,逐步构建起高职生教育、咨询、干预、科研相结合的心理健康教育新模式,营造心理健康的良好氛围,全面关怀学生的心灵成长。The psychological pressure of students in higher vocational colleges mainly comes from social prejudice, study pressure, interpersonal relation, the problems of sentiment and sex, economic pressure and employment pressure. Higher vocational colleges cannot completely adopt the psychological health education of four - year universities, but gradually set up new higher vocational psychological health education combined with education, consultation, intervention, and research, so as to build harmonious atmosphere which can help with students＇psychological development.
