摘　　要：本文针对当前吉林省高校人事管理信息系统在人事信息服务方面的局限性,研究开发高校内部人事信息管理与服务系统,并以此统一人员信息,减少人员信息重复维护、重复统计工作,实现人员信息内部管理与服务简捷化、及时化、网络化,提高人事工作效率。Dealing with the limitation of information system of personnel management in Jilin higher schools, the article research on it, and develops the seruice system of personnel management in order of to improve the working efficiency of personnel.
