摘　　要：以兰州市第八中学进行的学校文化建设为例，从学校的环境文化、管理文化、主导文化和活动文化等四个方面的探索和实践，分析和总结了文化建设在学校整体建设中所产生的实效。实践表明：学校文化建设在学校发展中具有十分重要的作用，是师生共同的精神家园。Taking school cultural construction of 8th middle school of Lanzhou as an example, the paper analyzed and summarized true effects generated by cultural construction in whole construction of school through four aspects exploration and practice such as surrounding culture, management culture, leading culture and activity culture. Practice indicates that school culture construction play a very important role in school development and also is common spirits home of teachers and students.
