摘　　要：目的:研究大鼠局灶性脑缺血后星形胶质细胞细胞周期蛋白Cyclin D1及Cyclin E的表达差异及变化。方法:建立大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞模型,双光源流式细胞术检测假手术组及缺血再灌注后1d、3d、7d、15d组大鼠大脑皮质星形胶质细胞Cyclin D1及Cyclin E的表达。结果:假手术组大鼠星形胶质细胞表达Cyclin D1及Cyc-lin E,Cyclin E的表达高于Cyclin D1(P<0.05);局灶性脑缺血后,星形胶质细胞Cyclin D1的表达逐渐增加,7d及15d时高于假手术组(P<0.05);局灶性脑缺血后,星形胶质细胞Cyclin E的表达无明显变化,各组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论:局灶性脑缺血后星形胶质细胞Cyclin D1表达增强,提示Cyclin D1可能参与脑缺血后星形胶质细胞的活化增殖。Objective： To investigate the change of the expression of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E in astrocytes of rats after focal cerebral ischemia. Methods： Ischemia was induced by temporary middle cerebral artery occlusion （MCAO）. The rats suffered from MCAO were sacrificed on days 1, 3, 7 or 15 after reperfusion and rats in control group were sacrificed on day 1 after surgical operation. The brain was taken and the expressions of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E in astrocytes were detected by flow cytometry. Results： The expressions of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E were detected in astrocytes of the controls and the expression of Cyclin E was higher than that of Cy.clin D1 （P〈0. 05）. After focal cerebral ischemia,the expression of Cyclin D1 in astrocytes was significantly increased on the edge of ischemic core at 7 and 15 days after reperfusion （P〈0.05） ,while the expression of Cyelin E had no significant variation. Conclusion： Cyclin D1 may take part in the progression of the cell cycle in G1/S transition in proliferating astrocytes.
