摘 要:文章测定了L-组氨酸与L-赖氨酸在732阳离子交换树脂上吸附动力学曲线,考察了不同操作条件对两种氨基酸分离系数的影响,结果表明:L-组氨酸与L-赖氨酸在树脂上吸附平衡时间为15 min;当pH大于5时,分离系数急剧升高,但L-组氨酸吸附率急剧下降,溶液适宜的pH为5~6之间;增大初始浓度有利于分离系数的提高;NH4+存在对分离系数影响较大,应在吸附前除去大部分的NH4+。In the paper, the adsorption kinetic curve of L-Histidine and L-Lysine on 732 cation exchange resin were measured, and effects of Various operational conditions on separation coefficient were investigated. Results showed that the equilibrium time of adsorption of L-Histidine and L-Lysine on resin was 15 rain; increasing initial concentration was farvorahle to the separation coefficient; the separation coefficient rised quickly when the pH was more than 5, but the adsorption ratio decreases rapidly, so the suitable pH value was between 5-6; the existence of NH4^+ made the separation coefficient depressed obviously, so most of NH4^+ should be got rid of before the adsorption of L-Histidine and L-kysine.
