摘 要:介绍了失火的原因、危害以及目前针对柴油机失火故障采取的3种诊断策略,重点介绍了失火诊断的最常用方法,即曲轴转速波动法。基于这种方法提出了一种针对重型柴油机失火诊断的简洁实用的算法,在matlab-simulink中建立相应的失火诊断模型并将其生成的C代码烧录到单片机中。最后,在电控柴油机试验台架上通过模拟失火故障验证该控制策略。试验结果表明,当重型柴油机运行于低转速、高负荷工况时,本研究提出的失火诊断策略具有很好的准确性和实时性。The reasons,hazards and three diagnosis strategies of misfire were introduced and the most popular misfire diagnosis method that was the crankshaft speed fluctuation method was emphathetically analyzed. Based on the method, a simple and practical algorithm of misfire diagnosis specially for heavy-duty diesel engine was put forward. With the Matlab-simulink software, the misfire model was built and its generated C codes were written into single chip computer. Finally, the control strategy was testified by simulating the misfire faults on the electronically controlled diesel engine test bench. The results show that the strategy can diagnose the misfire faults accurately and in real time at low speed and high load.
