摘 要:以棉仁饼为原料,热带假丝酵母ZAU-1为菌种,采用固体发酵技术,对无游离棉酚的酵母饲料进行了研究,探讨了不同原料对酵母饲料发酵的影响,筛选出较合理的固体发酵培养基:棉仁饼60%,大米蛋白粉25%,麸皮10%,饴糖2%,酒糟1%,MgSO45H2O0.25%,KH2PO40.75%,FeSO47H2O0.80%,ZnSO47H2O0.20%,MnSO4H2O0.06%,CuSO45H2O0.04%和CoCl26H2O0.02%.The yeast feed of cotton seed cake fermented by Candida tropicalis ZAU 1 with solid state was studied, and the effect of various ingredient on yeast feed fermentation was described The optimum fermentation medium was obtained which included cotton seed cake 60%, rice protein meal 25%, wheat bran 10%, molasses 2%, winelees 1%, MgSO 4·5H 2O 0 25%, KH 2PO 4 0 75%, FeSO 4 ·7H 2O 0 80%, ZnSO 4·7H 2O 0 20%, MnSO 4·H 2O 0 06%, CuSO 4·5H 2O 0 04% and CoCl 2·6H 2O 0 02%
