摘　　要：本文从开展基层教师的专业实践活动、举办定期的教学研讨活动以及强化专业教研室的教学管理能力三方面出发,对于加强专业教研室教学能力建设,培养高素质教学团队做了一些探索性的工作。Exploring work to enhance the teaching ability of vehicle engineering teaching team and nurture high quality teaching team were carried out in this paper. The emphases to practise and explore were how to carry on practice and experiment activities of major subjects for common teachers, how to conduct teaching discuss activities, and how to strengthen the teaching and managing abilities of major teaching and research group in colleges and universities.
