当前园本教研中存在的问题分析及对策思考

摘　　要：园本教研作为促进教师专业成长的一种有效途径,当前还未能引起管理者和教师的充分重视,存在"一言堂""形式主义"以及目的过于功利化等突出问题,加之缺乏相应的制度保障,幼儿园园本教研难以发挥其应有的作用。为改变这一现状,有必要建立以园为本的幼儿园教研制度,一方面由政府建立相应的制度,保障幼儿园管理者和幼儿教师的在职培训权利,提升园本教研的水平和质量;另一方面幼儿园要建立相应的制度,对园本教研开展的时间、地点、参与人员以及不同人员所应承担的角色和责任等作出相应的规定,切实保障园本教研有序开展。At present, kindergarten-based research as an effective way to promote kindergarten teacher＇s professional development has failed to rise to the full attention of administrators and teachers. It＇s necessary to establish a research system of kindergarten-based research. On the one hand the government should set up a corresponding system to protect the kindergarten manager and teachers＇ in-service training right; on the other hand, kindergarten should establish the corresponding system on the time, location, incentives and support methods, the roles and responsibilities of participants of the kindergarten-based reasearch.
