摘  要:实验采用GA3、SNP、GA3+L-NAME、GA3+Na2WO4、GA3+HB处理离体蒜苔基部,定期测定苔苞直径、可溶性总糖、抗氧化酶活性、膜透性、H2O2等指标,研究GA3、NO在蒜苔衰老细胞内含物转运中的生理作用.结果表明:GA3和NO均可抑制苔苞直径增大;提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性,顶部POD、CAT活性;抑制基部过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、H2O2和可溶性糖含量下降以及膜透性的升高;清除NO或抑制内源NO来源的任何一条途径均对GA3和NO的作用结果有影响,由此表明GA3延缓蒜苔物质转运可能通过NO起作用.In order to research the physiological mechanism of GA3 and NO in contents redistribution of cell, the basal part of garlic scape was treated with GA3, SNP, GAa + L- NAME,GA3 + Na2WO4, GA3+ HB for three hours, respectively. The resulting samples were air dried and then stored at 4℃. The diameter of garlic bulbet, the content of total soluble sugar, antioxidant enzyme activity and other indices were measured regularly. The result indicated that the diameter of garlic bulbet, the activities of POD and CAT, membrane permeability, the content of soluble sugar in the basal part of garlic scape were inhibited by GAa and SNP, respectively. The activities of SOD and APX in the garlic scape and the activities of POD and CAT in the apical part of garlic scape were promoted by treatment of GA3 and SNP. If eliminated or suppressed NO in any way could affect GA3 and SNP, so GA3 may restraint the redistribution of nutrients transport by NO.
