摘 要:为了解学生在学习护理技术过程中所遇到的问题,以利于教师有针对性地进行吸引教育,对我院2008级91名护理专业学生,要求其每周书写反思日记1—2篇,老师周末阅读并给予反馈,对学生所面临的问题运用吸引教育策略互相探讨,共同交流,有目的地吸引学生,使其表现出教师所期望的良好行为,从而达到预定的教学目标。This paper aims to understand the problems in nursing students' learning nursing skills class and help the teachers implement target-oriented invitational education. Totally 91 nursing students enrolling in 2008 were involved,and they were asked to keep writing diary every week. The teachers checked the students' diaries on weekends and gave feedback. The teachers used strategies for invitational education to analyze the problems in nursing students' learning nursing skills class and communicated with the students,in order to make the students react as their teachers expected and achieve predetermined teaching objective.
