摘 要:汽车怠速停止起动系统(Idling Stop&Start System,ISS)作为一种新型节能技术产品在国内外得到重视和发展。当汽车停车时,如遇到堵车或红灯时,怠速停止起动系统通过自动关闭发动机来节省燃油,并在脚离开制动踏板时发动机又重新起动。在介绍汽车怠速停止起动系统的结构组成与工作原理基础上,分析目前怠速停止起动系统存在的不足——怠速停止期间车内空调不能运行。为了保证在发动机怠速停止期间空调的正常运行,保持车厢内的舒适性,设计了一套具有液压储能装置的怠速停止起动系统。Automobile Idling Stop & Start System (ISS)as a new energy saving production has received attention and development worldwide. When the car stops, such as falls across jam or red light, the engine will be switched off to improve fuel efficiency, and it will be started as soon as the foot gets away from the brake pedal. Based on the components and working mechanism of the idling stop & start system that introduced, the shortage of the actual idling stop & start system was analyzed-the air conditioner can't be driven while the engine stop. In order to keep the air conditioner run during idling stop, and make the driver and passengers comfortable, one idling stop & start system with hydraulic storage device was designed.
